Oh, January. No matter where you are in the country, you’re probably kind of over the whole winter cyclone thing. Plus, after dressing up for most of December, it’s easy to fall into a post‐holiday fashion slump. Fortunately, we here at Buffalo Exchange have got your parka‐covered back! With help from Buffalo Exchange Portland (Hawthorne), we’ve put together some cozy winter-to-spring outfits that you can start wearing now. As the weather warms up, simply peel off a layer or two!
Café – Oh, Late!
We can all agree that getting out of bed is especially difficult on overcast winter days. So, if you ever find yourself late to a coffee date with your BFF, throw on cropped black pants with an oversized sweatshirt (we suggest going sporty chic with a purposefully worn‐in team logo) and a denim jacket. Finish it off with a chunky circle scarf and a pair of mod white booties. When the temperatures begin to rise, this is one of those winter-to-spring outfits that you can easily modify by ditching the jacket and scarf and rolling up the varsity sweatshirt sleeves. Next thing you know, you’ll be too cool for school.
