Wait, it is November… right? In San Diego, we think the weather is just confused. It is still 75 degrees and sunny most days, meanwhile, San Diegans are desperate for some cold!
What is our compromise with endless summer? Lots of light layers that are easy to peel off when the sun comes out! Girls go for an effortless look, whether it’s Bohemian kimono styles layered over basics with lots of jewelry, or boxy, boyish basics that make layering a breeze. We can’t wear our sweaters or flannels yet, but we’re trying—tying them around our waists gives a pop of color and interest without the added warmth. Athletic inspiration is prevalent for both men and women. Joggers have been flying off the racks, and sneakers from New Balance and Saucony in retro styles and bright colors are also huge with our customers! Our boys also love layering, whether it’s with a punchy graphic print, or just basics on basics. Whatever their style, guys almost always top an outfit off with a hat to add another element of visual interest. And let’s not forget about the rocker chic look. The ever popular leather moto jacket is always in season, especially when paired with an irreverent tee and Docs! So come visit soon, winter weather, we’ll be patiently awaiting for your arrival!
