Role and Responsibilities: Working out of our Tucson headquarters or out of our Tempe operations office, this position supervises four onsite staff members and is responsible for the administration of the company-wide benefits plan, 401(k), employment law compliance, worker’s compensation and employee recruitment. Additionally, the position advises owners, COO and company leaders in areas of employment law, recommending solutions that are equitable and with the best interest of the company in mind. With stores in 20 states, familiarity with human resources in a multi-state environment is desirable. Prior experience in a human resources leadership role is preferred, as is HR certification or educational background. Education and Background: The selected candidate must be a thoughtful, well-rounded professional who takes an advisory approach, and is excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure are necessary.
