Make your dad say “Yay!” this Father’s Day! Buffalo Exchange has some spring and summer looks for the stylish dad. Gifts and style tips made easy for the guy who is hardest to shop for.
For your classically stylish dad that adds some prep to his fashion step, we put together some high-quality basics and paired them with timeless Cole Haan leather loafers. Starting with a Banana Republic chambray shirt and sandy-colored J.Crew twill pants, we topped off this outfit with a Perry Ellis newsboy cap.
We have an academic dad—he’s on the go and styled for any occasion. He goes from teaching his English and Literature classes to a dinner outing with the fam. Ready to take on the day, we paired him with earthy, brocade Sean John blazer that complements his GAP micro-floral button-down shirt. For comfort we threw on his favorite Levis Rockport wash denim and, to keep him mobile, a pair of versatile Pull & Bear high tops and a Rothco messenger bag.
For the edgier dad who’d rather spend his money on tattoos and skateboards than clothes, but without sacrificing his style! To keep up with his adventurous lifestyle, his clothes need to be as adaptable as he is. We paired him with a trendy, olive H&M Divided long-hem tee over tan Levi’s cords. He’s accessorized with a Rothco perforated ball cap, classic wayfarers, Vans Sk8-Hi sneakers, and a Diesel pewter necklace.
Is your dad young, tech-savvy dad, and just got his Master’s degree? Between his job at an up-and-coming startup and his three year old son, he likes his fashion playful. We dressed him in an ASOS color-blocked button-down shirt and a dark wash Hudson jean. We accented him with a Rothco ball cap and Clarks desert boots.
This year’s Father’s Day trends are strong earth tones, mixing textures, and playful patterns. Give your dad the gift of fashion and make all those moms turn their heads!
