Earth Day Kickoff
While $1 clothing is a good draw, the Buffalo Exchange $1 sale is held to benefit environmental causes. This year Buffalo Exchange has picked the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, located in Tucson, Arizona, as the beneficiary. How will my money help? 100% of the $1 sale proceeds go to the Museum and their conservation programs.

Specifically, the museum has created a program dedicated to the research and conservation of pollination and plant-pollinators. Sure, you’ve probably heard about the bee crisis, but did you know that it spans further than bees? Butterflies, bats and birds are all pollinators that are needed to keep the world healthy and blooming.

The ASDM’s Pollination Hotspots Program is currently studying how to restore the much needed pollination hotspots—plant and water areas that pollinators use for migration in order to travel to the next pollination zone. This research will help in conservation and sustainability efforts by allowing pollinators to pollinate all these natural crops.
Join us on Saturday, April 19th to keep the world blooming. More details here: http://bit.ly/NnFabm
