Every morning I would dread the extra 15 minutes that I would have to spend to prep my salad for the day. I would always use multiple containers, one for the greens, one for the dressing and little baggies for everything else. But yesterday while surfing Pinterest I came across the most clever salad prep. By layering the salad in a tight container you can prepare 5 at once for the whole week. Make sure you layer in this order; dressing on the bottom, then whatever veggies you want, finally greens on top. Just make sure the greens don’t touch the dressing.
Here’s what’s in our salad in this order (from bottom to top)
- Red Onion
- Blue Cheese
- Fresh Pepper
When it comes time to eat just shake it up and enjoy.
