Buffalo Exchange Ohio has chartered new territory in the heart of Old North Columbus, just north of Ohio State University and south of Clintonville. “We’ve wanted to venture to Columbus for a while now, but we were looking for the right location,” says Rebecca Block, Buffalo Exchange Vice President. “We love the deep roots of this area, with its historic architecture, and that it’s a hot spot for local music.”
Since starting out in 1974 in Tucson, Arizona, the company has come a long way, now operating 48 stores in 18 states. Customers love that Buffalo Exchange helps offers an affordable alternative to the mall. Since clothing is hand-selected and paid for on the spot, it’s a definite step above your typical thrift store fare.
Whether you’re looking to make extra money or just clean out your closet, selling your clothes to Buffalo Exchange is a sustainable solution. When you resell your clothes, you’re doing your part to reduce clothing pollution and waste. Plus, every Buffalo Exchange sponsors local nonprofits through the Tokens for Bags® program, meaning you get to help out the local community just by shopping. Talk about a BOGO special!
What We’re Buying
Buffalo Exchange Ohio buys the best of all seasons, all year long. If you’re not sure what to sell when you clean out your closet, keep in mind the golden rule: when in doubt, bring it in! Buffalo Exchange buys everything from fun and funky pieces and vintage to everyday staples. The store’s buyers will be happy to take a look at everything you have and walk you through the process.
How to Sell
When you come in, a buyer will look through all of your items and make selections based on style, condition and store needs. If they think any of your items will sell in the store, they’ll assign them a retail price. From that price, you’ll receive 50% in store trade or 30% in cash the same day you sell.
Happy cleaning out! Still have questions? Stop by Buffalo Exchange Ohio or give the store a call at (614) 670-4573.
