For our 40th Anniversary tour stop, Bellingham graced us with 59 degree weather without a cloud in the sky. The morning started slow, but picked up throughout the day. As customers and regulars hopped on our Airstream and shopped, “ohs” and “ahs” were heard all-around.
The Airstream was packed with pizzazz. Eyes widened and smiled as customers gawked over the vintage rings, necklaces, and earrings. It seemed as if everyone lingered at the jewelry display. With cowboy boots of all colors and styles, there were pairs to satisfy any B-hammer’s taste. Colored and fitted cowboy boots were a popular sell, and were often paired with scarves and vintage leather purses to match.
Overall, it was a great opportunity for our store, because it gave us the chance to share Buffalo Exchange’s history with the surrounding community, and to thank them for their interest with cake and good times! It’ll be sad see that quirky ole Land Yacht peace out of the Pacific Northwest, but we look forward to spreading that Buffalo love for another 40 years to come.
