We asked three of our Buffalo Exchange Las Vegas employees to tell us about their style inspiration and outfits! Here’s what they had to say:
Luis (center) : “The inspiration of my outfit is today’s pop culture with a mixture of 90’s nostalgia. I like to spend my time creating whimsical looks. This one, in particular, in called URBAN WAR!
Sarah (right) : “The inspiration for my outfit was 90’s pop culture. I like making outfits inspired by many different decades, and this year I’m particularly interested in the 90’s grunge music scene and the fashion that evolved from it whether it’s acid washing or distressed jeans, or tying a flannel around my waist with a vintage tee. This outfit is inspired by Nirvana!”
Katie (left): “My style revolves around a mixture of a few different trends. I’m particularly interested in southwestern pieces, 70’s bohemian style, and old timey southern style- such as white linen, carpetbag prints, full skirts and oversized sun hats, and then I like to top everything off with sky high heels. My style icons are Stevie Nicks (Who doesn’t want to be her?!?) and Mavis Staple. The look I try to achieve is definitely eclectic and rooted in past decades with a modern twist.” Full Story
